Bilingual intake for South Florida law firms

Reporting

How many Spanish inquiries signed a retainer last month?

Most firms cannot answer that. This report can: inquiries, time to first reply, consults, and signed retainers, split by source, attorney, matter type, office, and the language of first contact. Every number traces to a record you can open.

BEFORE / AFTER

What the partners know today, and after

Today With LegalCRM.pro

Nobody knows how long an inquiry waits for a reply Median and worst-case time to first reply, by hour of day
Conversion is a feeling the managing partner has Inquiry to consult to signed, by stage, by attorney, by matter type
The Avvo bill answers to no one Estimated fee value of signed cases, by source
Nobody has ever split signed retainers by language It is a report you can open any time

HOW IT WORKS

Where the numbers come from

  1. 1

Every inquiry, message, stage change, and signed retainer the pipeline and inbox already log feeds the same report. Nobody enters anything.

  2. 2

Numbers break out by source, attorney or intake specialist, matter type, fee arrangement, language, and office, on their own.

  3. 3

It goes to whoever should see it on a schedule: weekly to the managing partner, monthly to the partners, daily to the intake desk if they want it.

  4. 4

Every number traces to a contact record you can open. Nothing here is a black box, and nothing in it is a benchmark we made up.

DETAILS

The eight numbers on the page

Inquiries and signed retainers by source: website, Google, Avvo, FindLaw, a referring attorney, a past client
Median and worst-case time to first reply, which is usually the most uncomfortable and most useful number on the page
Conversion at every stage, so you can see whether the loss is before the consult, at the consult, or between the consult and the signature
Retainer sent to retainer signed, in days, by attorney
Conflicts declined and referrals out, so the cases you cannot take are counted too
Signed retainers in English versus Spanish, from inquiry through signature, a split most firms have never seen
Estimated fee value of signed cases by source, so the marketing spend has something to answer to
Consult no-shows and cancellations, by day of week and by language

BY VERTICAL

The number each practice area watches

Same report, different first column. This is what each practice area opens it for.

Personal Injury

Time from first contact to signed retainer, by source and by hour the inquiry came in. In PI that number is the business.

Immigration

Consults booked versus documents received versus retained, in Spanish and English, so you can see whether the loss is the document list.

Family Law

Days between consult and decision, and which follow-up touch preceded the signature, so the sequence can be paced to how people actually decide.

Criminal Defense

After-hours inquiries as a share of the total, and how many of them reached an attorney within the escalation window.

SOUTH FLORIDA

The language split is the number South Florida firms react to most, and it is a measurement gap before it is anything else: the firms we talk to have never been able to see how their Spanish inquiries sign against their English ones, because nothing they use separates the two. We are not aware of a published study tying language match to signed-retainer rates in law firms, so we will not claim one. What we can say is narrower: you cannot fix a split you cannot see, and until now most firms could not see it.
