Bilingual intake for South Florida law firms

ABOUT

A Coral Gables build, not a national template.

LegalCRM.pro is a bilingual client-intake system for South Florida law firms, personal injury, immigration, family law, and criminal defense. It is a product you buy: pricing is published, setup is self-serve, and the English and Spanish templates are built before you log in. It is operated by Aday Interactive, Inc. from Coral Gables, and runs on encrypted infrastructure we did not build ourselves, which we would rather say here than have you find out later.

Aday Interactive also does implementation work, for firms that want the build handled. That is a separate, optional engagement. You can bring your own consultant, or do it yourself. Buying LegalCRM.pro has never required hiring us.

How this actually works

Three parties, three distinct jobs

We are not the platform. We are the firm’s implementation partner and data processor, configuring a platform someone else built and maintains.

Platform provider

Provides the encrypted infrastructure this service runs on, the software, the encryption, the audit logging. We did not build it, and we do not claim to.

Aday Interactive, Inc.

Configures it for South Florida firms, bilingual forms, pipelines, sequences, and a signed Data Processing Addendum with every client. This is the build and the support, not the platform.

Your firm

Holds its own the applicable privacy and advertising rules policies, workforce training, and case judgment. No vendor, including us, can carry that part for you.

Full detail on the Data Processing Addendum chain between your firm, Aday Interactive, and the platform provider, including what we cannot yet confirm about the platform’s own coverage, lives on the Advertising Compliance page.

Why we built this

South Florida firms lose real inquiries to slow, English-only intake

The platform can already do everything below. Almost nobody configures it for the intake stage in a way that actually holds up for a Miami firm, because doing it well requires someone who speaks Miami Spanish and knows the local regulatory detail. That gap is what we build for.

Spanish before they are a client, not after

Most bilingual tools start once someone has already become a client. Ours starts at the inquiry, the form, the auto-reply, the voice agent’s first question, and the reminder text all run in the language a person wrote in first.

Built and supported from Coral Gables

We work out of 338 Minorca Avenue. A Gables or Pinecrest firm owner can sit across a table from the person who configured their system, rather than a support queue in another time zone.

Configured with Florida’s rules in view

Chapter 491 supervision, Florida’s breach-notification clock, and out-of-state telehealth registration all shape how we set up access roles and pipeline stages. We do not publish statute specifics as marketing claims without counsel review. See the disclaimer below.

The math said out loud

A missed inquiry at a $250 private-pay session is a real number, not a vague promise of “more leads.” We’d rather show the arithmetic than gesture at it.

Who runs it

Brandon Aday, founder

Brandon Aday founded Aday Interactive, Inc. in Coral Gables. This system started as an in-house build for a South Florida service business whose whole problem was that calls arrived after hours and half of them arrived in Spanish, which is why the configuration choices on this site are built around what a person reaching out at a difficult moment actually needs from an intake form, not just what a feature list can claim.

We are not going to list client counts, years in business, or awards here. None of those numbers exist for us yet in a form we could stand behind if you asked to see them, so we would rather leave the section short than fill it with something unverifiable.

SAID PLAINLY

What we do not claim

  • “Our platform” or “we built the infrastructure”, we configure and support a third-party platform, and our legal pages name it.
  • “the applicable privacy and advertising rules certified” or “100% compliant with its advertising obligations”, no such certification exists for anyone, and compliance is a firm’s status, not a vendor’s.
  • Client counts, retention rates, years in business, team size, or awards, none are verified, so none are on this page.
  • That we are faster, more secure, or more compliant than others building on the same platform, same underlying engine, so that comparison would be false.
