Bilingual intake for South Florida law firms

PRICING

A flat subscription. Never a fee per case.

Three plans, billed monthly. Every one includes the whole intake system: six systems, both languages, the practice-area build, and A2P 10DLC carrier registration. What changes between tiers is seats, the usage included each month, and how much support you want. The voice agent starts at Practice. Case management hand-off starts at Group. We are paid a flat monthly fee for software. Not per lead, not per signed case, and not per referral. That is what Rule 4-7.17 asks of anyone a firm pays to help it advertise.

Overage is invoiced monthly by Aday Interactive, Inc. at published rates. Those rates are $0.03 per text segment and $0.25 per minute of AI voice. A long text can count as two segments. Email is not metered.

Want the whole thing built for you? Done-for-you build and implementation from Aday Interactive, Inc. start at $1,950 (the Growth Systems Intensive) and $4,500.

Also included, every plan

Consultation calendars with self-scheduling
Text and email templates in both languages
Email marketing with a visual editor
Client surveys after the matter closes
Tasks and staff assignment
A course builder, if your firm teaches
Mobile app for iOS and Android
Reporting and a full audit trail
Contact and conversation export on request

Social media publishing and direct-message inboxes are left out on purpose. A social DM from a prospective client is real-time contact. It sits close to Rule 4-7.18, and it lands outside the audit trail the rest of the system keeps. We would rather leave the gap than sell a channel we cannot stand behind for a law firm.

How does setup work, and what does it cost?

The templates, pipelines, and sequences for your practice area are already built when you log in. What is left: connect your number and calendar, edit what you want changed, and have an attorney approve the templates. Solo firms do that themselves. Practice and Group firms can have us do it for a one-time fee.

Self-serve setup, every plan

Included

A setup course you can finish in one sitting. The English and Spanish forms and sequences are already loaded. Two things run on their own clock: porting your number, and A2P 10DLC registration, which the carriers require before a business can text. They are the usual reason go-live takes days, not hours.

Solo is zero-touch, on purpose. It includes the seat, the docs, the videos, and email support with a reply by the next business day. There is no onboarding call, no configuration change, and no scheduled time. That is the plan for the attorney who wants to be left alone with a working system. A solo attorney who wants a person to set it up buys guided setup or moves to Practice.

  • Templates in both languages, ready to edit
  • The pipeline and stages for your practice area
  • Setup course and written documentation
  • Email support while you build, Mon-Fri

Guided setup, Practice and Group

$497 one time

Would rather not touch it? For a one-time $497, Aday Interactive in Coral Gables configures the pre-built practice-area system on your account and walks your team through it on one onboarding call. It is separate from the subscription, so a firm that does not want it never pays for it. The account is yours either way, and any competent consultant can configure it instead.

  • Your number, calendar, and website form connected
  • Forms, pipeline stages, and sequences for your practice area, in both languages, adjusted to your firm
  • Templates sent to your attorney for approval before anything sends
  • One onboarding call with your intake staff

Guided setup is never required, and it does not have to be us. Larger builds, such as a custom pipeline or a case management hand-off scoped to your system, are the done-for-you engagements on the Aday Interactive product page, from $1,950. One thing to know either way: Aday Interactive stays your data processor under the Data Processing Addendum, no matter who configures the account. An outside implementer who touches prospective-client data needs its own agreement with your firm.

Support terms

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. Response windows begin at the next business day’s opening.

Response, not resolution. The times above are when you hear back from a person, not when a change is finished. Anything needing a build is scoped when we reply.

Optimization reviews are scheduled in advance by agreement. A review not taken in its period does not accrue or carry forward.

In-person visits are within Miami-Dade County, by appointment and subject to availability. Outside the county we work remotely.

Not an emergency service. Support covers the intake system. It does not reach an attorney. It is not for anything urgent about a client or a court date.

Usage beyond the included allowance is invoiced monthly by Aday Interactive, Inc. at the published rates above. Allowances are per month and do not roll over.

PRICING QUESTIONS

Does the Data Processing Addendum cost extra?

No. The DPA is included on all three plans at no additional charge.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Most firms start on Solo or Practice and move up when inquiry volume justifies it. Changes take effect on the next billing period.

Is there a contract or a minimum term?

The subscription is monthly. Guided setup is a one-time fee, separate from the subscription, and a firm that does not want it never pays for it.

What happens if we go over the included messages?

Overage is invoiced monthly by Aday Interactive, Inc. at the published rates on this page: $0.03 per text segment and $0.25 per voice minute. Email is not metered. Allowances are per month and do not roll over.

Do you publish how many inquiries firms lose?

No. We have not measured it, and the figures that circulate in this market are not sourced. The Missed Inquiry Calculator gives you your own number from three figures you already have, and /guides/south-florida-intake-benchmark/ shows how to measure it properly from one month of your own inquiries.

About the numbers you will see elsewhere

We do not publish a percentage of inquiries that law firms lose. We have not measured one, and the figures that circulate in this market are not sourced. What we publish instead is the method for measuring your own: how to measure your firm’s response time, one month of your own inquiries, four numbers, split by language and by hour. Run it before you buy anything, ours included, and you will know what this is worth to your firm.
