Refer a law firm. Earn on the subscription for a year.
A referral program for the consultants, case management vendors, bookkeepers, and agencies who already work with the personal injury, immigration, family, and criminal defense firms we build for in South Florida. You make the introduction; we run the demo and the setup.
Who refers
The people already inside the firm
Law firm consultants and practice managers
You already advise firms on operations, staffing, and the intake desk. When a client asks for bilingual intake or a retainer follow-up that runs on its own, refer the conversation to us instead of configuring a generic platform yourself.
Case management and legal billing vendors
LegalCRM.pro runs in front of your product, not instead of it. It handles the prospective client; you handle the matter. A firm using both gets a complete record from first contact to closed file without either side rebuilding the other.
Bookkeepers, IT providers, and marketing agencies serving law firms
You are already in the firm's systems. A firm whose intake captures the matter, the fee arrangement, and the language up front is easier to bill, easier to support, and easier to report on. Referring it is a natural extension of what you already do.
How it works
Introduce, demo, earn
You refer a firm
Introduce a firm to LegalCRM.pro, by name or through your own tracking link once you are approved.
We run the demo and the setup
The firm books a 30-minute demo on a build for its practice area. If it signs, setup is self-serve by default, or a scoped implementation engagement if the firm wants it done for them.
You earn while they stay subscribed
Approved partners earn a 20% recurring commission on the referred firm’s subscription for the first 12 months, paid monthly.
A written partner agreement with the full commission terms, payout schedule, and program rules goes to every approved partner before the first referral is tracked. Nothing above substitutes for that document. One thing to know now: a commission is paid to you for referring a firm as a customer. It is never paid for sending a prospective client to a lawyer, which is a different thing and one the Bar rules restrict.
How a partner may describe us
We sell to law firms, whose own advertising is governed by Chapter 4-7 of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar. The discipline we hold our own marketing to applies to anyone referring on our behalf, because a partner’s overclaim becomes the firm’s problem the moment the firm repeats it.
- • No claims about case outcomes, signed-retainer rates, or response times that we have not published, and no telling a firm that any software makes its advertising Bar compliant. Under Rule 4-7.11 that responsibility is the firm's, and we say so.
- • Never describe LegalCRM.pro as case management software, a law firm, or a lawyer referral service. It is an intake and communication system operated by a technology company, and your referral should say so.
- • No spam email or unsolicited telemarketing to promote the program.
- • No bidding on our branded terms (“LegalCRM,” “LegalCRM.pro”) in paid search.
